I have an ASROCK ION3D
The sound doesn’t appear to be working with Movies or TV. It works fine with music
The settings I have are at the moment are
System > Settings >

Speaker config 5.1
Boost volume level on downmix Ticked
Dolby Digital Ticked
DTS Ticked
Audio output device custom
Custom audio device plug:both

When I installed EDEN I had issues getting the audio to work right with my video files. Did you test with all the audio output devices?

I have the same issue with a similar ASUS Ion board.

I've tried every combination I can think of, with HDMI.

I then tried with an optical cable, with no succes.

I did get a regular analog Phono>Mini-jack cable to work, but the sound is very jittery.
