Fanart Image Dark

I apologize in advance if this has been asked a bunch of time, or if I am just being a complete block head for not being able to figure it out...

I have XBMC ATV2 Eden Aeon MQ3, using landscapex view for TV shows. In the preview where I can select view types under skin options it shows the backdrop image clear as day. When I select that view and go to my TV library, my landscape images are very clear and bright, but I can hardly see the backdrop image. What am I doing wrong

I know this has to be something simple, but I just can't seem to figure out what. This doesn't happen with my movie fan art.


Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, I FINALLY figured it out. I just took me posting to the discussion boards to do it. I needed to turn the backdrop transparency ON (I would think that would be the opposite, but what do I know.)
