I have many music ISO files on my NAS. They are mainly DTS, DVD-A rips (DTS files only), and the rarer MVI discs. Essentialy, they are just music in surrond sound.
However, thdefault Music library on XBMC does not pick them up.
Doing some research, I created a file (not folder) called
advancedsettings.xml
Then, using notepad, I entered in that file
<advancedsettings>
<musicextensions>
<add>.iso</add>
</musicextensions>
</advancedsettings>
This is precisely how I entered it, character for character.
However, despite rebooting and "Updating" the library, the ISO files are still not showing in the Music library (I have to navigate the the File structure to get to them).
Any suggestions as to where I may have gone wrong? Thanks.
