Not counting my chickens just yet but I went to the AMD VISION Engine Control Center/Desktops and Displays/My Digital Flat-Panels/Pixel Format

It was set to YCbCr 4:4:4 Format, I changed it to RGB 4:4:4 Pixel Format PC Standard (Full RGB)

So far I have watched a full episode of a tv show so about 1 hour and they picture has been perfect.

Hope to god it stays that way, thanks to everyone for their help with this problem.

No idea, I was googling and came across someone with the same problem and that was put up as a solution. I'm just happy it seems to be ok now.

Had visions of sending back motherboards and it being Christmas before it was working properly Smile

I never see one default to RGB 4:4:4.....Huh

yes YCbCr 4:4:4 you get better quality in picture (more colors)?... RGB it's ok.... from what I read...
