Simple way to add and edit metadata

A simple way to add a new file and basic metadata to our library without using a scrapper.

In my case, it is for TV recording of documentaries or for my own video creation.
A simple interface where I can point to the file, select the folder.jpg and backdrop (if any) and select if it is a movie or a TV episode.
