I did the jailbracking successfully with seas0npass 5.0
when I type IP address in terminal I keep getting this message:
ssh: connect to host DHCP port 22: Operation timed out
why my macbook air doesn't connect to my apple tv through time capsule?
AppleTV 2 (black) Can't install xbmc

Are you sure you have the right IP address and that the Apple TV is jailbroken and on FrontRow?
Set Up Raspberry Pi running Raspbmc - XBMC 12.2 40" Samsung ES6800 LED Smart 3D 1080P TV Onkyo HTS3405 5.1 DD True HD and DTS-HD Surround Sound ReadyNAS Duo with 4TB (2 x 2TB X-RAID) Western Digital Caviar Green using NFS |

I type in the IP that's in settings>general>network, It's a DHCP address cause of time capsule (I guess)
Apple TV seems to be jailbroken: the seasonpass logo shows up on the setting icon My laptop runs OSX10.7.3 and for what I know doesn't have frontrow anymore, since it was discontinued after Lion came out. Any other tips? Thanks deanmv for your help! |

...yes, the Terminal in OS X supports ssh...
You can make easy links to the XBMC wiki using double brackets around words: [[debug log]] = debug log, [[Add-on:YouTube]] = Add-on:YouTube, [[Adding videos to the library]] = Adding videos to the library, [[userdata]] = userdata, etc |

You are typing
Code: ssh root@yourIPwhere yourIP is 192.168.1.1 etc (obviously whatever your IP is) right? There should be no reason why it wouldn't work if the IP is right and it is jailbroken correctly. (which it seems to be) Set Up Raspberry Pi running Raspbmc - XBMC 12.2 40" Samsung ES6800 LED Smart 3D 1080P TV Onkyo HTS3405 5.1 DD True HD and DTS-HD Surround Sound ReadyNAS Duo with 4TB (2 x 2TB X-RAID) Western Digital Caviar Green using NFS |
