why is the carousel viewtype been removed?

4: yes, but you need a build that supports System.HasPVR boolean.

I use xbmc-pvr with tvheadend and for me too not a live_tv option in setup.

seems to be buggy in xbmc. we´ll find a solution.

ok, i'm a bit confused. so the the standard pvr branch of xbmc isn't enough to see the options menu?

Showcase has a carousel-ish view. You can switch between 2D and the "3D" view with the cover in the center. I like

Congrats on the V3, it's really coming along nicely !

FYI, I found a bug : i use the infowall view a lot, and i love that you can now disable the background panel (i was about to mod it myself) .. but in music/artist mode, the background doesn't dim like it does when i'm using infowall view in movies. I guess it must be a wrong path to the dimmed background image in some xml ...could you point me in the right direction to fix this ?

Anyone know how often xbmc passion repo is updated with the latest GIT version? Been using 3.0 via xbmc passion repo now for a few days but didn't get any updates for 3.0...

To the vpl, i personaly find 3 is too little. I have the situation that i have childs and have there a playlist for child movies and child series. Then i have a playlist for my series because "normal" Series shows me all series (my and child sieres) The same is at movies, there i have now all movies (my and child mopvies) but i only want to see the movies they are not in the child movies playlist. so i need a fourth playlist Hope others have the same problem and you will think about a fourth or fifth playlist
