sounds great. again i could only reproduce the error with folders, not addons (nor folders in addons - e,g dr bonanza - boern - cirkeline)

Yes i know its not a file, i mean the files node. Anyway search before you ask because this has been adressed numerous times:

And please keep in mind that this is still "work in progress", so be aware that some areas will not work correctly, most bugs are known to us.
we still recommend to use the last official 2.0 release or the master branch on github for now, so this is just for people who know what they´re doing.

we´ll remove all the debugging stuff once we hit feature freeze. that´s not too far off, but until then get on with it or check my commits and look what i added/changed

and -1 for passion xbmc distributing dev versions. i can understand why some people want that, but it really doesn´t help.
