i don't mind reinstalling xbmc if you can tell me the best way to do that.
just so you know. i can ssh into the atv via putty but it doesnt seem to respond to any of the commands i type in anymore

as of that syslog you didn't crash xbmc ... man its really starting to bore me a bit ... never had to ask so much for getting the right logs
. Maybe someone else could take over here and get me the right syslog, with the right crashlog and the right xbmc.log.

Uninstall Firecore Media Player if you have it.
