XBMCBuntu -- autostart app and keymap issue
#1
I decided to play with xbmcbuntu, instead of my normal route of installing a base ubuntu system then installing xbmc on top.. So far, everything is mostly fine, with two exceptions.

1. I control my xbmc box while in my office via vnc on my desktop hooked up to an x11vnc session on the xbmc machine. Where's the "proper" place to add auto-start apps for xbmcbuntu?

2. The home and end keys... When using the keyboard hooked up to the xbmc box itself, home and end keys don't do anything, whereas "normally" (ie, installed on top of a normal base ubuntu system), they'd go to the top/bottom of whatever list I'm in.. When hooked up through vnc to xbmc, the home key doesn't do anything, while the end key powers the box off. Where are the keymaps set up (I checked ~/.xbmc/userdata/keymaps, nothing in there)

User Created Keymaps (The one you created) go here:
Code:
/home/*xbmc/.xbmc
*username for my setup

The Default Keymaps are Located Here:
Code:
/usr/share/xbmc/system/keymaps
