XBMC keeps freezing no mater what movie or series watching.
Using the last XBMC release
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
i5 quad-core
16gb DDR3
Radeon HD 6670
All files are located on a local server running Windows server 2008 R2
they are connected to each other using NETGEAR Dual Band 900 Wireless-N Router and gigabyte ethernet Cat 6e cables

could you try disabling the upnp server and see if anything changes?

It did help some thanks!
Now instead of freezing up it buffers for some time. it is an improvement, but can i avoid this? Thanks for the help! |

Try to play them locally. If thsi helps your network connection might not be fast enough.
