I've replaced my ATV1 with a Shuttle and use a Harmony Remote setup as a MCE remote to send IR codes.

Remote and everything is working perfectly - with one exception....

The Remote does not a have a default map for the Page Up / Down button on the remote.

Does anyone know how to add in a custom mapping to make Page Up / Down work?
