User interface design omission causes frustration

It incorrectly identifies a movie, I then go to the information, refresh it to the correct movie but then it opts to use the Korean, Japanese, Spanish or whatever "true title" of the movie is (not the western title)
I want to rename it but I can't, because when it refreshes, the movie 'disapears' off elsewhere in the library.
