XBMC Crashes when skipping forward CONSTANTLY

So I have to be very careful (and sometimes that doesn't even help) fast forward local or internet content (skipping that is). XBMC crashes quite a bit otherwise (usually about twice a session).

This has been happening with all the betas/RC's as well as the release.

Windows 7 Ult 32-bit
Core2quad
4GB DD2
8800GT

Any ideas?! It's driving me nuts!

Oh, and by the way....I get this cache full dialogue quite often...although not necessarily when the crashes happen...just thought I'd throw that in.
