Is it possible to make a homescreen item that jumps to the now playing screen?

the zoom button on my mce remote does this. i think it might be tab on the keyboard.

Yeah, I know there are buttons that will do it. I just was hoping there would be a way to add an item to the home screen so people unfamiliar with XBMC would easily be able to do it.
