Does Apevia make good HTPC cases?

Haven't seen too much discussion here about Apevia cases. Does anyone have an opinion?

I'm looking at this itx case compared to the Antec ISK 300-65 for a really basic build. I'm very new to all this HTPC stuff and want to keep the cost down as much as possible
