I am using the Aeon MQ3 skin with XBMC 11.0 Eden. I have the skin configured to cycle through a folder of (.dds) backdrops for both Movies and TV Shows on the home screen.
Since upgrading to Eden I have noticed that sometimes instead of displaying a backdrop it will just display a black background. It's as if it doesn't recognise the image and after a couple of seconds it moves onto the next backdrop. I never saw this issue with XBMC Dharma - so I don't know if it's a problem with Eden or the skin itself.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
Setup:
Acer Revo (ION 2)
Windows 7 x64
XBMC v11.0 Eden
advancedsettings.xml has "useddsfanart" set to true

I've had this happen to me in Dharma, but all of my backdrops are in JPG format.

i too had this problem, and yes, it still happens, i can only assume that some of the images i use are to high a resolution for xbnc to handle
 And yes, it is annoying, when one day they all appear, another they don't! |

Are all of you using Aeon MQ3? If so have you checked with the skin's developers?
