Can the Rapier skin be modified

Hello, I want to have the skin modified so that when you press the left button, you don't get those options to quit, change view, etc.

Is there any way this can be done? I want up, down, left and right to only be used to select the pictures, music, etc.

some skins have setting to enable Kiosk mode,
that prevent user to change views and open option menus inside the views.

not sure if this is the case of rapier, so better ask inside the Rapier sub forum you might get better answer there.
