Figured it out. It was the naming convention. Changing the root folder from "The Americans" to "The Americans (2013)" allowed season 2 to be picked up. I was thrown by the fact season 1 worked - odd.

It seems i can put in nfo files to recognize the tv shows but no episodes are shown, it says 0 unwatched... or only one or two show up on the list.
Do i need to put in seperate nfo files per season to fix this?
