If you can install Windows 7 or Linux in it, you can run XBMC in it......

Search/google. If someone hasn't made an installer/instructions for XBMC on a given device, then the answer is no. It might still be technically possible, but the task would be a major endeavor that would require intimate knowledge of XBMC's code.
