Asus F1a75-i Deluxe Remote and CPU advise
#1
Hi I'm looking to build my first HTPC and I need advice on remote and more...

1- Is the remote in that mobo is usable or I should consider another one?

2- And Should I get the AMD a6-3600 65W or the A8-3870 100W?
Is it worth to bother for the 35 extra W?
3- Do that combo is noisy or I should get the asus e45m-i deluxe?

So many choice Wink

Thanks

Daniel

review say remtoe is usable but sucks.

A6-3600 hard to find now.

you may do like us and get the A6-3500.

e45m-i deluxe is rather anemic at this point.

noise can be reduced, example, get a SCYTHE BIG SHURIKEN v2

You'll not fine another 65W APU better than AMD A8-3820, because it is the top rated 65W APU.....you'll enjoy it!

I refused to watch movie without bitstreaming HD audio!

Ok got a question regarding the case!

I love it but...

Here's what I want...
1- a normal size bluray drive (which one will fit?)
2- a silent cpu cooler
3- the PCI slot to be usable (maybe graphic card or a capture card)
4- Possible to put a secnd HD (future expansion) as far the first one will be SSD.
5- A QUIET CASE IS IMPORTANT FOR ME ;-)

So it is possible with that case

Thanks

I just found that the case only take slim drive that are costy things. ;-(

So I just modify my need to normal size Blu-ray drive ;-)

I mean that the thermaltake psu do have a fan. So it's not a fanless solution :-(
