The best LED/LCD screen with touch

After years of Popcorn and Dune devices, I will switch to HTPC (Xtreamer) and a LED/LCD screen with touch. preferably full HD and with touch...

Does anybody of you have good experience with a screen of approx 24"-28" which has the following:
- Nice resolution and contrast (like Apple's iMac 27" screens)
- Touch, preferably multi-touch
- HDMI
- Good functioning between touch and XBMC (is that by the way a convenient way to control XBMC?)
- Flat (as it will be put onto the wall in the kitchen as a kind of multi-media device with XBMC, mail, Skype etc)
- Speakers

So it doesn't have to be a TV with receiver, but just a non-intelligent screen. if the specification do no match I will use a normal LED TV like a Sony KDL-24EX325

If anyone can share his experience that would be great!
