AppleTV 2 (black) XBMC 11 crashes when Movie file exists inside folder

Whenever a try to play a movie file avi, mkv, mp4 etc. that exists within a folder from the "Movies" menu XBMC crashes ie. MovieTitle\MovieFile.mkv. All movies that are DVD rips work fine MovieTitle\VIDEO_TS, I can play the failing movies fine if I access the via the Videos -> Files -> Directory -> Folder -> File. Any ideas?
