How does this look for a group 5 setup?

There are a few parts I'm sort of weighing back and forth, and would like some opinions:

Crucial M4 CT064M4SSD2 2.5" 64GB 79.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6820148441
Antec NEO ECO 520C PSU (I have this already)
AMD A6-3650 and ASRock A75M-ITX FM1 186.98 http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealD...mbo.869568
Kingston ValueRAM 4GB DDR3-1333MHz CL9 29.99 http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX31013
SILVERSTONE MILO Series ML03B 69.99 http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.asp...6811163174

Other parts I am considering are:
LIAN LI PC-C37B 118.99
Scythe SCBSK-2100 Big Shuriken 2 47.95 http://www.amazon.com/Scythe-SCBSK-2100-...871&sr=1-1 --- Do I need this?

Other suggestions or opinions welcomed.

For memory, I'm recommending 2 sticks instead of a single stick- Kingston HyperX 4GB (2 x 2GB) and this one listed in your AsRock mobo memory support list....

>Alienware X51- do it all HTPC
>Simplify XBMC configurations
>HOW-TO Bitstreaming using XBMC
I refused to watch movie without bitstreaming HD audio!
