Live Streaming ESPN in Canada

Hello. Ive searched and couldn't find an answer to my question. I am in Canada. I want to be able to stream ESPN using the ESPN Add-On. 99 out of 100 attempts ends with either a script failure or Content not available in my area. Is there a way to work around this? I am a Windows user and want to watch on my ATV2.
