Linux No play disc menu after inserting a DVD in XBMCBuntu

Hi,

On my XBMCBuntu install, the play disc button doesn't appear after inserting a DVD? Has anybody noticed this? The play disc menu is appears is I start XBMCBuntu when a disc is already in the drive, but if I removed it and put it back, the menu never reapears... I'va also tryed with Open Elec 2.0 beta and I have the same behaviour.

I can't believe it didn't happened to anybody else?
I am running XBMCBuntu first official release on a ASROCK ION 330.

Any help would be appreciated!

I have the same problems. When i change dvds on the fly i need to restart to play the dvd. If i go through files menu i see the dvd, but when i open i see the root of the disk. (var,usr,home,...). Any solution yet.

There is already a thread about this (as i started) http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=129753. So there is more people out there with the same problem.

I found a solution and now everything works perfectly fine. Try it.
