[MOD] OSD button in status bar!

Hi all,

Switched to this skin a few days ago, and I'm loving it (thank you!!!)

One thing was missing, and that was a OSD button that was accessible without pressing 'm' on a keyboard (I am using wiimote as a mouse pointer). So I created a little 'OSD' button that is at the end of the status bar, like so:

Extract to the "skin.rapier.svn" (or normal rapier skin) folder and you should be good to go.
(Note that I haven't tested it very much (only with my setup)... If something is broken, tell me and I *might* be able to fix it. GIT revision: 4.2.0.1334012907)

Add something like this to the next version, pretty please?

I have an implementation in mind that will make it convenient for mouse users.
