I just installed the latest Beta1 release iso for Frodo.

I've ran other unstable versions in the past but I have never seen this issue before.

When using the menus, every 30 seconds of so the HDMI connection gets 'lost' and breaks connection with the TV giving a black screen.

For me, this version is essentially unusable.

Is this a bug that is tracked (where?)

Or, what steps should I take to troubleshoot this.

I am running 720p if that makes any difference on an i3 chipset.

FWIW: I'm getting the same issue with Intel G850 Graphics.

Seems to be working now... strangely...

try

apt-get install xserver-xorg-video-intel

Did :
>sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-video-intel

Had to change my repository from the local mirror (it appears to be down?)

Now my problem also appears to be resolved!

That resolved the flashing video issue with the onboard HDMI on my Asus P8H77-I motherboard. Thanks!
