Library/Directory Structure Question

I have my movie genre divided up into different directories named Sci-Fi, Mystery, etc. If I add say Mystery as a source I can of course access only those movies through the library mode. But, under Mystery I will have sub folders like HD and Std. So in library mode I see the sub folders. Is there a way to just see the files and not the sub folders?

That doesn't sound like library mode. Are you sure you've scanned them in?
