I have a black apple tv 2 version 5.0
the problem is when i install xbmc with help of putty and i restart my apple tv there is a black xbmc ikon and ofcourse xbmc does not work, what is wrong please help.

By restart Apple TV have you then tethered booted it? If you followed those commands right it will work.
