Really need someone Help...... XBMC WINDows 7

hi guys im haveing this weird issue with xbmc lately when i start it after a min or so i get this pop up which says

"Playlist

can't find previous item to Play"

N then xmbc start doing weird stuff like if im playing a video it start playing it from start n keep refreshing

anyone know what is the issue ere n what does that msg mean any help would be highly appreciated
