You may want to look at the keyboard_controls (wiki) wiki page which has a table listing the various key actions globally, while watching videos or listening to music. Many keys have different actions based on context.

Thought I might extend on the keyboard-section - at the moment it only covers the global keys (at some point I decided to exclude everything else, but I don't exactly remember my reasoning for it
