Save library to Gdrive/Skydrive

Just a thought but how about an option to save the xbmc library to a Gdrive or Skydrive account.

That way we could share lots of xbmc clients around our homes with ease.

Maybe its already possible?

+1. Prefer having a dedicated home server though.... But this would be great for traveling. So if you take your laptop with you on the road and continue watching some tv shows the database is updated with all the newely watched flags.

great idea

ATV1 with crystalbuntu V1 (11.eden). Theater remote URC MX-810, droidx wtih xbmc remote, or transformer tf101 with YATSE. 2 x ATV2 (V12.0 Eden).

This would be cool, but I think it's more suited to an addon than in the core app

Not really posible i think cause you can't let two xbmc instances acces the same sqlite database (correct me if i'm wrong). Some other sollution will be needed

It wouldn't be "live" updated, but you could build a periodic sync function. You'd just have to figure out a system for determining which source to trust
