[Inquiry] Xbmc Mascot Icon Usage

Apologies in advance...

I've recently came accross the official "mascot" icon for XBMC (a bit late right!) and I thought it was kinda cool...

The purpose of this post is to ask for it's acceptable/allowed usage... I realize xbmc4xbox is different then mainstream xbmc, however, it is xbmc nonetheless... thus, the question: is it acceptable (provided credit is given) to use the "mascot" icon in xbmc4xbox skins?

thanks for asking for permission. We haven't settled on a official policy/terms of use and distribution for Zappy yet, but we ofc grant you (for now exclusive) permission to use Zappy for this XBMC skin. You may also create your custom version of Zappy, as long as it is used in a good manner (no porn, no racism, no weapons, ...). This permissions is granted until such time as we formulate an official Zappy license.
