Buffering on wireless Zotac

My Zotac in my bedroom has begun buffering about every minute watching hi def TV shows or movies. Is this something a log would show details on or is there something else I should troubleshoot?

Post a debug log and let's have a look.
Have you tried copying a video to the hard disk to see if it is the network?
