HTPC advice

Hey guys was wondering about this setup. I also need you to recommend a case? As cheap as possible.

Motherboard
CPU

What else do I need (1st time builder)
It'll be used for HTPC (OPENELEC-XBMC)

HDTV possess HDMI ports
* wants to play SD movies (DivX, XviD)
* wants to play DVD movies
* wants to play 720P movies
* wants to play 1080P movies
* wants to stream 1080P Hulu content
I think mobo will be alright as it has dvi not HDMI
