AppleTV 2 (black) subtitles

hello, can sombody help me with these issues, 1 when watching a movie on atv2 useing xbmc the movie stops and i get a message that reads searching for apple tv and then it restarts back to the main menu. 2 i have subtitkes turned off and i still get them. thank you any help would be appreicated.

searching for appletv? There is no such message in xbmc.

Are you sure the subtitles aren't embedded in the video?

Well if I watch the same movie on my computer via xbmc I don't get the sub titles, and maybe I posted the wrong message but the movie stops after several seconds and it gos right back to the main menu.

xbmc main menu or appletv main menu?
