Linux Window Size changes while run an Application

Hey XBMC users,

I've a problem. My Media PC runs with Ubuntu 12.04 has an XBMC (http://xbmc.org/) frontend. XBMC Media Center starts automatically in fullscreen mode after the system boot. With EasyStroke (http://launchpad.net/easystroke) I want to involve mouse gestures. Recording gestures and executing commands works fine.

But here is my problem: While preform a gesture in the fullscreen XBMC application, the application changes into a window (with a titlebar) for a few second and changes back into fullscreen.
Even if I set no action for a gesture in EasyStroke, the problem appears. Thus its defnetly not a problem caused by the executed command in EasyStroke.

I tried to undecorate the XBMC window, then the problem with the titlebar is solved, but it flushes during the windowchange.

Do you have any tips for me? Maybe a method to force XBMC NOT to change from fullscreen. Or to start EasyStroke completly hidden, that its recognition of gestures doesn't affect XBMCs windows size?

That would be very nice!
Thank you,
Timon
