AMD A6 3500

gud pm, anyone can help me about my PC i am using amd A6 3500 processor and emaxx motherboard with 2gb memory. my problem is, it freezes most of the time and windows restart...
anyone have idea about this, how i can fix this?...

start by checking your ram using MemTEST

Most problems are because of ram...... even if in MEMTEST86+ no problems..... try other ram..... sometimes memtest don't show nothing.......
