How do I add those streams into xbmc? Do I use livestreams?

I found new links of TNT HD or ESPN UK, ESPN America, ESPN and lots more, But this sites are not HD either, but they are better than any stream on XBMC. I really wish we had a true rtmp feed of TNT HD or ESPN UK HD.
