Tested on Android.  All working good now with some exceptions to some channels with playback error on the Khmer TV.

Android (Fire TV) works.
Windows 10 - Good.  With Windows 10, once you update you'll need to exit out of Kodi and go back in.  Otherwise you will get an error.
