I have searched for the answer to this question here and elsewhere but haven't found an answer, at least not one that I recognise as an answer. With that in mind please accept my apologies if I have missed something or if this is a stupid question.

My artwork isn't displaying properly on my remote (Crestron), what I am seeing is:

....which is (I am told by my Crestron programmers) truncated by the Crestron processor at 100 characters.

I (think I) can change the Crestron program, although I am not a certified Crestron programmer, but I would much prefer a "correct" URL as opposed to having "/" replaced with %252f, for example.

This was working, URLs were appearing "normally". Is there an easy way for me to get this back?

I am running 12.2 on an AppleTV2.
