Apple TV 2
Version 5.0 (4099)

Jailbreak with Seas0npass, successful
Install XBMC via this guide http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=127369 (ssh, install 11.0, update to 11.0-3 with wget/dropbox, remove deb).... successful, no errors.

I've tried killall AppleTV, and rebooting (tethered), but I can't get the XBMC icon to appear. Are there any common tricks to get this to show up?

Many thanks. Blush

There was an issue with beiglist that caused this. Run apt-get update and apt-get upgrade as the latest version fixed it.

Set Up
Raspberry Pi running Raspbmc - XBMC 12.2
40" Samsung ES6800 LED Smart 3D 1080P TV
Onkyo HTS3405 5.1 DD True HD and DTS-HD Surround Sound
ReadyNAS Duo with 4TB (2 x 2TB X-RAID) Western Digital Caviar Green using NFS

Have the same problem and it doesn't help. Any idea what to do?

edit by memphiz: don't copy these instructions all over the forum. If they change i have to find all copys and adapt them. Instead just post the link...
