I have been trying to take my XBMC music playlist, which consists of MP3 files on my local network, and have those files copied to a MP3 player (or usb flash drive). I have tried opening the playlist with WinAmp but it will not read the list properly. Windows Media Player will play the playlist but will not let me do any management with it.
Has anyone accomplished this or found a media mgmt software compatible with xbmc playlists?
I am using Windows 7, btw.
SOLUTION: I discovered that XBMC uses forward slashes and WinAmp uses backslashes in the m3u file paths. A quick find and replace and I can export all the songs on my XBMC generated playlist to a device using WinAmp.
