Backup from openelec to xbmcbuntu

Is it possible to transfer the userdata Ie watched programms and custom album art from my current openelec .1.02 to a new xbmcbunt setup?

Yes, backup the .xbmc folder in your home folder and then put it in your home folder after your fresh install

Thanks for that. Worked fine. All the watched program flags and the posittion in media where I was up to all appeared after restoring the database.
