Asrock coreht issue in frame rate

can not switch between framerate in xbmcbuntu ... I have one ASROCK coreht. what I wanted to be able to switch to 24 or 30 hz ... but I can only switch between 50 and 60 hz.

But when I run XBMC in windows I can switch to any 24,30,50,60 hz in frame rate. Could it be intel drivers for the graphics card does not. What should I do.
