ZOTAC HDMI Audio Problems??

Hi All,

I'm looking into building a cheap HTPC for a friend and I plan to go the ZOTAC route after reading Eskro's recommended builds.

I've seen lots of comments on the web about the ZOTAC models (ND02) having HDMI Audio problems on XBMCUbuntu/XBMCLive/OpenElec

1. Are there known HDMI Audio problems with the ZOTAC ND02 using XBMCUbuntu/XBMCLive/OpenElec?
2. Are there known problems using Windows7 64bit + XBMC on the ZOTAC ND02?
