Hi all,
Im running a mac mini with OSX 10.6,
and XBMC Version 11.0 beta 2.
Connected to my mac mini is a trednet 644UB adapter to connect to my
router. I use it because its much faster then the airport that my mac mini comes with..
Never any problems with it until I installed xbmc.
As soon as I run it, it disconnects my card.
quit xbmc, and still disconnected.
I have to unplug from usb and reconnect to make the network come back on.

Not sure whats going on. Certainly the only software that will do this is XBMC. I was running Boxee here for a while, and never saw this issue.
It happens every time, oddly enough it wont disconnect or disturb the airport connection.
stays on and strong.

Any ideas here would ROCK!
Thanks

Hi I am also experiencing same problem. I am running Mac Lion 10.7.4 Mac Book Pro XBMC 11 Eden. I have a USB WLAN Stick D-Link Dw-125 which works. Internet is working. The moment I launch XBMC it freezes and disconnects from WLAN and there is no more Wifi.
Please help.
Thank You.

Turn on XBMC deugging and post a debug log. Have you looked in the OS X console log to see if there is any info regarding the WiFi disconnect?
