Hide extrafanart and extrathumbs folders.

Hello. I am using MQ3 and I recently used artwork downloader to grab extra fanart and thumbs. I have a couple of questions...

1. How do I hide the extrafanart and extrathumbs folders when I go into a movie folder? They show up as seperate folders beside the movie file which is annoying.

2. If I am using the multiplex view and I set the infopanel style to be extra thumbnails, shouldn't the thumbs from the extrathumbs folder show in the four boxes? They aren't.

1. I stuck this in my advancedsettings.xml file seems to work.

2. I don't use that skin...

I was about to ask this myself. I started to convert my bdmv folders to mkv and I now have this issue.
Why does this problem not exist in dvd folders?
