Playback Issues - MKV Jitter/Audio Sync

I'm having issues with my ATV2 having laggy, jittery video on some of my videos. I've attached the MediaInfo output below. If any of you have watched Top Gear UK, the video clips play flawlessly but when they're in the studio it's extremely laggy. I will try to get a sample clip up, anyone have any ideas in the meanwhile? I have tried all display sync settings, running Eden 11.0, HDMI output.

Haha, funny that you should mention this.. I had the same issue with the same Season 18 download. Tried it in VLC on mac and the error log was FULL of sync issues. Weird that it ONLY happened in the studio but that all the recorded clips were perfect!

Downloaded another version and what do ya know? It's fixed..

Not an XBMC issue.
